    need help/advice first timer

    Hey hows it going,

    About to start my first cycle, using test e and clen .

    im 186cm 94kg 15% body fat 200kg deadlift 170squat 140bench press.

    just want the best cycle with any and all extra supplements to be taken, any and all advice would be greatly appriciated.

    27 years old, cheers mate, i have no medical conditions.
    read up that i need taurine and potassium for clen , and i need clomid and nolva for after the cycle.
    would i still need to stay on with creatine, a full cycle with what and when i should be taking anything id really like to know.
    want to do this properly and not stuff it up, was told this was the best place to ask.
