    Another new guy...

    Hi all.

    Just another new guy looking for some information and education in the
    anabolic world. I have been doing research for about 3 months now
    and realize that there is so much to learn. I look forward to gaining
    some insight and knowledge from the members here.


    I am a semi-competitive mountain bike rider and a road cyclist.
    (okay, okay I know not the most popular type of athlete! )
    I also play some tennis and men's softball. Even though these are not contact sports
    they require good physical conditioning- and I do play and compete seriously...

    My goals are simple; 1. Build just slightly more muscle, (as I am fairly toned with a
    small amount of muscle already) 2. Be able to have my body recover quicker from
    long hard training rides and some competition. I'm not looking to reduce muscle like some
    pure road climbers do.

    I am a newbie here too. Sounds like we have very similar goals. I also ride a lot and really don't want to lose muscle. I would prefer to add muscle and recover quicker from long hard rides/workouts.
