Hey just saying hi. New to forums in general and this is my first.
I've done some D-Bol courses a while back and now got my training, eating and supplements on track and looking to do a big stack cycle as soon poss so thought I'd join here and do some research.

Welcome! You won't need a huge stack to get bigger. Single ester test run will do you the best!

Yeah, thats way over kill!!! Honestly, the biggest factor in gains with steroids is diet, not more steroids. Food is bar none the most anabolic substance there is. Imagine building a house, the steroids are extra carpenters, the food is the lumber. If there isn't enough lumber, or the lumber is substandard, it doesn't matter how many carpenters you have you won't be able to build a house. With a bang on diet and 500mg of test-e a week you can make INSANE gains. Go to the Anabolic Q&A, and the nutrition forum and start doing some research. Also read the threads by guys using stacks like the one you suggest, or even crazier and how they complain about substandard gains, VS threads by guys on minimal gear eating and training right getting amazing gains. I guarantee you'll be surprised by what you find.

Yh I'm pretty good at the eating side, I eat like a horse. loads of chicken, rice, lean minced beef through the day and stuff like steaks, big joints of meats and stews and potatoes and porridge with bananas for breakfast, basically I love loads of meats and rice plus anything else I find. I do my protein shakes and creatine aswell. Its just real hard to put weight on for me and it drops off really easily so thought I need something that's going to make my body use all the food and protein I put into it, plus I sometimes get a pain in my elbow which makes me plateau when trying to increase my weights so figured the extra water would help a bit with that along with the strength gains. I'll get looking through the forums will probably go for the Test E then as seen a lot of good talk about it.
