    Hey guys,

    Been lurking a little while, decided to create a profile as I'm about to run my first cycle so I can ask questions if need be.

    23 years old, 5'10", 190lbs, lifting seriously for 2 years now. The goal is to shred to 8% and lean bulk from there on out.

    Looking forward to this.

    Thanks a ton guys.

    So a powerlifter buddy of mine has been cycling for years. He's the one who originally got me interested. He's recommended a dbol /sustanol/tren -a cycle.

    12 week cycle. Starting with the Dbol, run it for 4 weeks (that typically how long a bottle lasts?) and the tren would be the final 6 weeks. 750mg test the whole time. He's got an AI on hand if I need it, and I'll run nolva for PCT.

    Thoughts? And I can jump out of the New Members thread here if need be.
