hello everyone!!
Glad to be here... I'm hoping to gain some great knowledge here and take my workouts to the next level... so my first question is this... I am about to start my first stacked cycle and after all the research I chose Deca 300 and test cyp 500... I have been working out now for 2.5 yrs and in the past year I haven't gained More than a few lean pounds... the last time I saw a decent change was over a year ago when I did a 8 week test cycle. I eat great, all natural whole foods no processed no fast food no junk, I work out 3x per week heavy low reps .. I believe I am doing everything right just cant gain weight... I am absolutley 100 percent a hard gainer... oh BTW I am male 32 yrs old 150 lbs 5foot 6 and about 12 percent body fat ... I am shredded but I want to get some bulk .. ... so how long should I cycle and how long should I cycle off and should I cycle more then once and I also need tips for my post cycle

recommended first cycle is always only test here, did you do your research somewhere else?
