Im 5-6 195 pound. I dont know my body fat but i am sure it isnt anything to brag about
. I am 34 year old male

i do work out but i have a bigger waist and thighs and i am hoping to trim that down and gain muscle. My only concern is getting fat when i decide to stop using them which i have heard and saw happen. If anyone can help me asap i would appreciate all your help
