Burning fat
Over the last 2 months i went from 27% bodyfat down to 20. Will cardio every morning and strength traing 5 days a week hel get me to the 10% goal??

Hi yes double up on cardio try to run 3 miles a day and bike 3 miles a day on high resistance

10% is going to require a clean diet also.
