    New Member / first cycle

    Hey everybody. I'm about to start my first cycle of Anavar for 8weeks. My colleague who I've got it from who also uses it has encouraged me to stay at 60mg a day. I'm using it strictly for cutting. Not looking to build much size. Need some pointers on best times to take it. Their 20 mg pills and I've been encouraged to take 60mg a day. I know it has a 8 hour life. Do you recommend 30 mg at 2 daily dosages or 20mg at 3 daily dosage?

    Give them your stats a little history, and goals...Do you know anything about steroids . crazy mike
    They will ask if you have your Ai and dose and your PCT for the end?

    Also they will tell you Test only for your first cycle. You need test with everything. This I say to get you to learn before you do this......cm

    Doesn't really matter. You can take it at once or spread it out if you'd like. That said, make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. Var can have serious side effects just like any other steroid
