Hello everyone. I'm a 38 year old former college athlete and I have somehow managed to get FAT over the past 10 years. I'm 6'1", 260. I never had large muscle mass (maybe only in my legs) and I've recently started working out again, cleaning up my diet. I did my research on WINNY, purchased the pill form and TODAY I started ingesting them. I think I have a pretty good workout plan and diet that will help me get the most out of this cycle. Can anyone give me any tips, any advice for a first time winny user? I'm using it to lose fat and to get lean and hopefully stronger so I can start participating in sports again. My goal is to get down to 190 lbs (70 pounds away from that goal) and I think I'm on the right path but if any of you experienced guys out there have any advice, PLEASE, by all means let me know if you have a better plan...
