Looking to Get Cut for the summer
Hi Guys,
Looking to get ripped for the summer. I've been trying to achieve this goal for some years now. looking for that rock hard abs. Over winter I went on a 12 week cycle of Test Cyp 600mg, EQ 300mg, Anavar 50mg, Test Prop 100mg. got some results. but didn't get what i was looking for.
I'm not trying to put on massive weight. I'm now 190lbs, I rather stay at this weight and be nice and lean.
any recommendations?
Thanks

Recommendations?
You are asking how to get ripped for summer and it's June 6th?
I'm being a little humorous with this, but...
...you act as if there is a drive through window when it comes to body building?
I think it's a little late to be asking that question mate.
Summer's almost here! You should have been asking this question a year ago
Respectfully
---Roman

Diet and cardio and time. I just came off a 2.5 month cut. Lost 15lbs of fat. Slow going losses but my arms and chest didn't even lose a quarter inch. I am happy with my results.

I was thinking about punctuality...er, long range thinking.
Do y'all know what they do for one of those morbidly obese people who is too fat to get out of the house in the event of a fire?
The fire alarm would have to be a time machine...

The time machine would have to go back a long time, maybe years, possible even generations.

Maybe the twenty yr old guys asking about their cycle are the same guys who start thinking about cutting for summer...in the third week of July.
Darwin wins in the end. And it is kind of comforting, I mean, we all hate it when the valedictorian dies in a car crash on prom. It sux when people who make the right decisions suffer from bad luck, so, alternatively, is it good when someone we don't know gets what they deserve?
Anyway, having read an earlier post about accidental pregnancy on aas, perhaps the breeding age should be raised to allow time for Darwin to put an end to some of this foolishness for good.
