    Hello everyone

    Hello everyone my stats are 5’ 7" 137 lb 36 yr old I am in Thailand on an extended vacation 14 months so far not sure when or if I am coming home(love catching 100+ lb cats). I live in Ohio (USA) . I am looking to get back to 142-145 lbs(used AAS), I caught a nasty bug while here and dropped to 125 lbs. My diet needs some work. Need to do some adjusting . My metabolism is that of a crack head and my normal weight is 132-135 lbs.

    Thanks for all the welcomes, I am finding a lot of great info and should have my diet posted in the nutr. forum for some critiq and final adjustments soon. I want to read/watch some more info.
