Hey guys i am new to this have was wanting to know what information you guys could offer me on using dbol and winny BESIDES TELLING ME TO READ MORE. I've read most of the threads on winny and dbol and i know that they are both 17aa and hard on the liver. That is why i plan on taking milk thistle before and after i start, as well as, a multi-vitamin, whey protein, glucosamine (for the winny cause ive read that its bad on your joints), and im on a clean chicken and fish diet with only 1900 calories. ive also read on other forums that people have cycled these two together and gotten great results?? Im 5'8 currently at 205 with 15% BF. ive been training fairly hard on and off and i know my way around the gym pretty good. I can gain weight and strength fairly simple and fast, but i want to cut and get lean! My friend recommended that i use dbol to gain and winny to cut down afterwards. (both are liquid forms to drink).
