Need advice on balancing estro and test

I'm new here but not to training. I haven't taken anything synthetic since I was about 24 yrs old, and I didn't take much then. I competed as a natural powerlifter until I was 31 and actually totaled 1200lbs in the 165s... That was decent back then

Set a Tx state record in the deadlift in 95'. I just say this to let everyone know a little bit about where I came from.

I'm now 49 and have monitored my blood work closely for the last 5 yrs. My Test has consistently dropped each year to the low of 221! My Doc has me on 200mg Cyp and i'm taking 1/2cc every 5 days and I know that's not much? but it's seems to be plenty for me

My last blood work showed my test at 1083. I'm also taking Anastrozle 1 tab every 5 days.

Now for my question: I tore my extensor tendon 8 months ago and went through 4mos of PT. It's better, but seems to have just stopped healing? So I just got a bottle of Deca 300ml and thought I would stack it with my Test but I'm not sure how much I should take for therapeutic purposes only? I'm thinking a 1/2cc?

I know you need to watch your Test and Estro balance more closely when on Deca.... Don't want no DD!! So I'm open to suggestions?

Dosage of both the Test and Deca?
Increase or stay with the same amount of Anastrozole?
