    Smile Little Something About Me

    I,m a veteran of the Armed Forces. Did my time and would do it again. I suffered a injury to my knee, had
    several surgeries, partial knee replacement, caught an infection 1 month into recovery. Had 2 surgeries to try to clear the infection without taking out the prosthetic, didn't work. Had another surgery to take out the infected prosthetic and had a anabiolic spacer put in to represent a Knee. All this was wraped tightly in a cast from my foot to my hip. I was sent home later for a 3 month vacation in bed with a bathroom right next to it (Best of Times). I was on all kinds of antibioctics to clear the infection, which had to happen in order for the revision to TKA which also did occur. However, being layed up for 3 months without being able to bend your knee while its healing lets scar tissue do its thing. After the TKA was applied I tried to get my ROM back by going to PT but (Myositic Ossificans) when tissue, tendons, and mussels turn to bone set in and now my left leg is 2 inches shorter than my right: not because it was cut shorter, it just healed that way. I have a permanet bend that i can't move or straighten, Pain issues, sure. Low back instability, why not. Pinched nerve sending signals down my leg everytime I stand, suonds about right. I'm Just looking for some relief, why not supplements. Oh, I do have a LA Fittness membership and I do use it, mostly to look around but I use it! Hey anybody got some good advice, love to hear it.
