    Cool 1st time cycles

    Hello everyone new to this site.. Signed on because a buddy of mine has been trying to convince me on doing my first cycle.. So here it goes.. I would like both positive and negative feedback.. Thank you all for the info..


    Age: 23
    Bf: 24%
    Hight: 5'7
    Weight: 194

    So I was thinking of running test 400 and winstrol toghter as my first cycle to get more strength and cut.. I have a good diet going for me and have been working out pretty dam good.. So will I see results with that much bf.. Or will it just not help.. And if so what would be a good pct
