Hey, I'm new

I'm 26, 190lbs, been lifting for about 4 years. Not 4 years straight though. My body fat is about 15% roughly.

I'm just starting a cycle. From what I've read it's a pretty basic beginner cycle.

welcome! there is no such thing as basic beginner cycle, all cycles must be planned and taken seriously. educate yourself first.
