Hey guys... Just have a few questions and concerns... Please no bad comments, just looking for advice.

I know everyone says to run test as a base for anavar but I'm trying something different.
I've been training for about 2 years and have good gains. 200 lbs and roughly around 15% body fat. My blood work and everything is good. They say it's not necessary to run a pct but I'll rather be safe than sorry. I don't want any risk later on in life.

The main question I want to get to is:
If I should run 30mg at 8 weeks or 45 mg at 6 weeks?

And my next question is what should my pct be looking like?
(Advice on pct would be very helpful please)
