    Ready to get into this world

    Hey this is my first post, Ive been on a member for about 2 months just reading everything i can. I have a few questions that id like answered that i havent found in any of these forums.

    Besides that, the newbie thing... I am 24 years old, 5' 11'' 184-188 lbs., 11% BF. Ive always been intrested in this world but i was waiting to be of age i guess. From West Palm Beach Florida so i am always trying to look good for the beach. Ill save my questions for their specific forums, im just saying to get the first post out of the way. Thanks, looking forward to hear back from everyone!
