New member,young, athletic intermediate weightlifter, need some help
Hey guys and gal what sup
Cant believe I'm here the hardest part was just simply getting ready to make the switch but I'm here!! A bit of background on me 23, 77kg, bf 8-9%, BP 118/63, non smoker non drinker, healthy diet , all meals prepped on weekend 3-4 meals daily and weighed. athletic since age of 4, very sold base of athleticsm and very knowledgeable in the weight room along with proper athletic base built from ground up, 420 DL 225Bench 380BS 325FS, those are my basic numbers.
Im here because I need help on starting a first time cycle. I have read numerous article on the different types of gear out there but Im still not sure on how to begin my "run". Need some help here.
Goal- Increase Strength for Olympic Weightlifting while remaining in current weight category ( yes i understand that I will have to shed some weight due to mass increase during the cycle)
