    Hi all im back.

    Hi all I'm back well I was on here end of last year as I was just getting started with my training and wham hernia so put me at a big stop anyway had the repair done start of April everything went well and I have been doing some light training here at work and everything seams to be ok so I'm home in a weeks time from work and going back in the gym to start from scratch again anyway hope your all well.
