Hey guys what's up? I'm here because I looking for a complete transformation, I just got off deployment a little bit ago and gained a pretty good amount of weight. I started out on August 2013 at 5'11" 153 lbs to now, making it a routine to go to the gym. I successfully gained 30 lbs of muscle. I know not too significant but still a big change for me and still progressing. My goal is to reach 197 by the end of this year. I look forward to talking with some of you guys and I'm also ready to dive in to some important articles to achieve my goals.
