pct advice

Hey, I'm 41 years old and been training and dieting hard for about three years, this go around. Prior to that, I went very hard from 15 to 25, when I started coaching my son's little league baseball and football at a very competitive level and more, or less took fifteen years off. I'm 5'8", 182lb., 7%. I just did my first cycle and need advice on pct. I did a test. cyp. cycle at about 500 per week for 13 weeks. twelve days after my last shot, I started nolva at 40mg. per day. I have plenty and just need advice on the pct: 40, 30,20,10.....40,40,20,20???

It would be best if you had clomid aswell with test c pct would start 18 days after last pin.

clomid 75,50,50,50
Nolva 40,20,20,20

If you can't get clomid i would add 1 extra wk on to the nolva at 20 so it would be 5wks.
