    Thanks stats 5"11 220lb 39yrs bf 15-16% been training on off since 21 pretty strong looking to lean out.

    Last 3yrs have been very consistent with daily work outs. I'm ready to take it to new level I've been informed on what to to take but want others thoughts before I start. Thanks again for the help
