    winstrol dosage and cycle

    Im 31 years old , been using roids for about 5 years now, simple question is: i been using winstrol for 4 weeks now, stack with tbol, I KNOW THIS IS CRAZY, but im in prison, cant choose too mucho... Now tbol its finish, only got wintrol 10mg 100 tbs.. Can i take 50 mg only monday to friday ( not weekends) or have to take them every day??? Or can i take 50 mg or 70 mg every other day....??? My point is, get the better results from it, and not waist it too mucho.. Thanks for any help...
    My diet its very clean, only tunas, peanut butter ,and oatmeal.. Workout monday to friday, sprints 3 or 4 times per week.
