Thread: new to the forum from the uk

Hi all,been training for many years off and on, was pretty strong at one time in my life but broke my collar bone which now I can't get no where near as strong as it gets painful when I deadlift, sqaut etc but it doesn't stop me hitting the weights hard ! Also done 2 cycles in the past
