Hello everyone, New member here! Sorry for the questions in advance but would appreciate the answers Firstly, im 18 years old and losing body shape as the months go on I am looking to cut body fat quickly and would like the best results. Could any helpful people please advise a good diet to stick to, what training to do in routines and what is the best thing to take during this process. Thanks everyone- looking forward to the replies.
