First time
Hello everyone,
After years of debating with myself, I have decided to join here and learn as much as I can. I have recently turned 30 and work out 4 to 5 times a week, but I am starting to slow down. I very much want to change that, but I just need some advice and direction.

yes you need to get your post count up first, about 25 and it will then be open..

I have been reading through some of the posts and articles on here. Everything looks pretty great and a bit overwhelming. I know that as I get more and more into fitness and working out the smart way, I will be looking to GEAR up. I am a bit far away from that point I think though. I hope that everyone can help point me in the right direction and make smart decisions when it comes to working out harder.
