    Hello from Florida

    Hi, just joined after being a lurker for about a year. I've been working out for a couple of years now, I'm hooked
    Started out about 5'6" 180 lbs with 33% body fat down to 160 lbs and 19% body fat, decent (in my opinion) gains in strength and size.
