    hi well im 18 im prob 5'11 or 6'0 i weigh around 132 im an ecto obvi lol ive been working out for about a year now in may it will be a year since i joined a gym i went from about 110 to 132 in a year idk if thats good but yeah hello haha just wanted to explain a little bit about myself also from united states and arkansas
