    Hello guys

    Hello everyone

    Very happy to be here and to learn from pros like u.
    I am a 37 years old bring training 5 years and doing my first cycle in one month.
    I will use sustanon 250 for 10 weeks at 500 ml per week.
    My pct will be Nolvadex ..but I am still learning how much I need to take on pct and when.
    I want to take a small dose of nolvadex while on cycle but I need to know how much.

    So yes ...nearly ready lol

    hope your not using 500ml a wk.
    Have a read at the link it will answer all your Q's you have on your cycle. If you need any more help just ask in the proper sub forum.
