    Health for all.

    Hi, health for all.
    It's my first forum on sport. I am Spanish. I do not express myself well in English. (Apologies for it)
    I am 54 years old. 42 training. I began with weight lifting to 12 years. At 23 I began with bodybuilding. From 29 years to 32 competed in bodybuilding. I got good results at the regional level and would withdraw from the competition, but I'm still training. I have 30 years dedicated to teaching 28 in my own gym. I hope to learn from you and be able to contribute something.
