    Whats up

    I have been out of the lifting game for a few years now want to get back in it i am thing somthing oral that can get me back to where i was fairly quickly then go legit. i need to lose around 20 -30 lbs of fat, get some definition in the 40 mins i have spare a day to work out.

    thanks guys and excited to get started!

    o ya im 6'4 weight around 260 my target weight it around 230 need to lose that belly i put on
    and judging from my name i am obviously a coonass from louisiana

    idk what fishing is unless you are referring to in a boat with a rod and reel i also like to hunt i hope that is not a problem if i broke a rule i am sorry i dont know what i did

    Welcome to the forum, oral will not do anything at all that you are looking for. Muscle memory is a great thing so get your diet sorted and it won't take you long to get back where you were.

    Welcome. It is best to get your body fat down to at least 15% before cycling. Your body will respond much better then. I also do not recommend cycling with only an oral steroid . A test only cycle would be best, coupled with a good diet and exercise would yield you great results. However, this is just my opinion. Good luck!

    I suggest tighten your diet and train like crazy. Consider a cycle when your in natural shape

    Yeah, oral only cycles are kinda frowned upon here, and not without reason.
    (If you were a tested athlete then different story)
    But health and benefits point to test being best.
