Allergic to Dairy and Seafood, Diet Help for the Newbie

Hey everyone. My name is Rich and I am new to the forum. I would like to thank all of the experienced gym rats who dedicate there time to posting educational threads on this website, especially Austinite! I'm 31 and weigh 150 at 5'-9". I have been in and out of the gym for around 5 years. I have always struggled to gain weight, but after visiting the diet section, I see that I need to get my caloric intake up. My metabolism is through the roof, and I'm HIGHLY ACTIVE. The biggest difficulty I have always had (especially regarding protein intake) is that I have a lot of allergies. I'm allergic to all dairy (Milk, cheeses, eggs, WHEY, casein, etc) and all Seafood. In the past, I supplemented a pre-workout shake of some kind with nitric oxide, vitamins, caffeine, etc included, creatine monohydrate, amino acids, and a soy protein shake, but my results over time were always minimal and I plateau easily. I have never been big on breakfast, which needs to change, I usually eat a descent lunch, and 4 or 5 meals from around 6-11pm for dinner. I probably need to be eating more during the day. I'd like to get my weight up a little before starting a cycle. Some say unless you weigh at least 200lbs, a cycle is useless. I believe Austinite has a thread with recommended weights based on height, which stated 175ish I believe. 25lbs doesn't come easily. I guess if it was easy, anyone would do it. Thoughts, comments, concerns.
