    Here to gain some knowledge

    What’s up guys,

    I’m 28 y/o, standing at 5’9” 160 lbs. Been lifting for the past 5 years but been taking the last 2 very serious.

    Was going to just jump right in to my first cycle with only about a months worth of researching but the more I read the more I want to wait.

    Looking foward to gaining more knowledge from this forum, thanks!
