Newbie but longtime lurker

Say What's Up from the West Coast of United States,

I finally decided to join after long time lurker, I been off and on over the years been only using orals when I was in the service. At the height I was 173 at 7% sadly between the last few years currently sitting at 5' 7" 188 at 18% I have lost a lot in the past 3 years work, injury and well depression. Current Cycle is Sustanon + Deca with Dbol will be the first time using injectables. Got my diet on point finally with the work schedule that I'm on. Goal is to be back at 185 at 10%.

Oral steroids are for competition only, same with tren do not use these compounds unless you are a top amateur athlete even then use little and at low doses.
