Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Muslim brotherhood, etc...these groups are like termites, or mosquitos, or some other bothersome insect. We as humans don't try to negoitate with termites, we don't make a truce with termites and mosquitos....where we find them, we eradicate them because they cannot, repeat, cannot co-exist with humans...they destroy human property, and harm humans by the transmission of disease. They have no powers of rational thought...they do what they do, because their nature does not allow to do anything else. Just as we will never completely rid the earth of termites and mosquitos, we will never completely rid the world of fanatics...the best we can do is continue to eradicate them whenever and wherever they are found and hold them in check somewhat.

Raid is gonna make tons huh??
We all know that by now Im sure (the sheilds not the raid thing)and its their fault their civilians are dying, its ludacris to expect us or Israel to not kill terrorists just because theyre hiding behind civilians, if they(civilians) hide them in their houses they are terrorists. Plain and simple.

Unfortunately, like your fanatic enemies, your ways of dealing with the "problems" have always been filled with violence.
Both sides hates the other so much that they really don't want to find a peaceful solution. What they want is revenge for what the other side has done to them during the current and past conflicts.
Until one of you throw down your weapons and say no more violence, it will never end, short of a full scale open war between you. Alas, my guess is that it will eventually end that way, because both of you are acting more or less like children - it is time to grow up.

Thanks to whatever moderator just deleted my last post in this thread.
My post certainly did not break any of the rules of posting, and the language was very clean too, so I don't see what the problem was.
I guess we have political censorship as well now, when the opinions don't match those of the moderators. How low can you go...

You couldn't be more wrong. Israel has tried to co-exist peacefully. Clinton had them giving up almost everything..Arafat said no. What would you do if someone was sending rockets into your country daily and killing civilians? They are just defending themselves.

Yet every day I see only reports of Lebanese casualties, and suffering. Why is that? Every day I see protests of anger at Israel, Why is that?
Why does Lebanese suffering = pain and outrage.
Why does Israeli suffering = celebrations, and candy for children
Why does everyone forget that Hezbola started this conflict
And where is the outrage in the Arab/Islamic world for the deaths of innocent Israelis who were deliberately targeted.Last edited by singern; 08-07-2006 at 06:57 PM.
