Ok, with the aledged robbery that i learned about today by OJ, it inspired me to look into the original case



So i am sure everyone here remembers, i was about 8 or 9 years old during the OJ slow get away attempt that was nationally televised......and the case for the murders was nationally televised........in which he was found innocent of murder........but later, was tried again under a civil court, and some how got sued for the wrongful death of the ex wife and her friend, guy friend i believe...........He got sued for 33 million dollars........I MEAN 33 ****EN MILLION DOLLARS........wow that sucks.......a year of your life was spent in court proceedings, having to worry every day about the fate of the rest of your life, you get off, than you get sued for 33 million dollars.......holy shit that sucks.......you grew up poor, lived wealthy, and now its gone

or is it.........no........OJ was sued for 33 million, but he still lives in a mansion, and is still a million aire.......he has millions of dollars he can use at his own discretion, that the prosecuting families cant touch........but he's been sued for 33 million dollars???????????





folks, if you dont know how, sit back and enjoy possibly one of the greatest loop holes in history




ok, Florida law states that no one can touch your house......so, in a nutshell, if you get sued, "they" cant come after your house........you get to keep your house and nobody can take it away from you.........so this is how OJ still lives in his old house, im just assuming its a mansion



ok, but he is still a million aire, and the prosecuting families cant touch shit????
ironically, the state of california states, that no one can touch your pension......so same thing with the house, Cali law has it so if you get sued, "they" cant touch your pension
ironically, OJ retired on the *san fransisco 49'ers*..........he gets payed 300,000 a year from pension........plus, i think he has 4 mil in pension somewhere else possibly



so he is sued, but, lives in his great house and gets payed 3 hundred grand a year without having to work, and nobody can touch it.........he just plays golf and laughs.........i dont think the families have gotten anything but im not sure




its gets better, the father of the ex's friend, tried going after the pension in court........basically, the judge went off and scolded his ass for "wasting his time"

Oj is like Al Capone..... Gets away with murder but ends up busted on some bullsheit. Glad to see it happen!
