Reagan and Thatcher, last of the great Political Giants?
I was just reflecting on the relationship between Thatcher and Reagan and realised they acheived quite a lot together. Kinda seems like that was never the case after they left office. I know they were both refered to as political soul mates and arguably ended the Cold War by opening the door to Russia. There's never really been leaders like them in the US or the UK since, and I dare say, there havent been two leaders in the US and UK since that genuinely got along.
Some nice videos on them and policy. I put this topic in the News Section, only because I hoped it might get more intelligent posts.

I served under the Regan administration.
He was a great man.
BgMc will argue the point though, but he did some great things.
He was the last president that was actually "for the people".
Sad ending when he passed on.
And yes, Thatcher was great also, and they seemed to work together well and have the same idealisms.

Hahahaha, T, you're right!! I would argue the point that he was "for the people".
But I won't rain on your little Reagan worship...lol!!!
I can't change your mind and you can't convince me otherwise either. So I'll bow out gracefully. Good to see you back, though, brotha!
