    Ok so he came out armed because he saw a car (unmarked) around his place....he has a legal right to do that on his property, he begins to have words with the cop and a confrontation starts and the popo spazzed and shot him. I dont see the article stating the guy identified himself as a police officer...if he didnt then he ****ed up, otherwise preacher man should have chilled.
