I am nervous for you Bro. I wouldn't get near any gear until my body was healed and ready. I guess I am wondering your goals? You have to lift heavy and hard to build your physique - so that is out for now. Are you back to work? I would get the bf under control and then train without steroids till your back is telling you its ok. But you know your body - good luck.

thanks bros, no, not back to work....the neurosurgeon, wont release me back to duty, yet. my career of being a firefighter is very near the end . i will retire in october after 24 years. i am doing the test to get me out of my depression and back in the training mindset. the heavy days are over for me, i will be concentrating on getting the body fat back off. i figure 250 grams of test e, a week will give me the "umph" to get back in shape ............i would like to throw in some fina....but i will hold off for at least 6 weeks and see how its going and how i feel. thanks again....
