    7 months out

    Hey guys its been a while since I been on the board. I moved to a new state about 7 months ago, and cant seem to get back into my old routine. I really haven't been training like I should for some reason. I need some help, can someone maybe help me out with a training routine that can get me back on the rt track. I need a routine that will hit my muscles hard and burn some fat.Also what sups should i use to get quicker results. Any help would be great!

    ...just get a good gym and start again... just go,you know what to do and how to do it..do some weight,diet and cardio....you know...!

    I hear you,The gym are really bad down here well aleast were i live.IM trying
