    First Cycle at 42

    I am going to start taking Testoviron , Deca durabolin for 10 weeks and finish the last 2 weeks with 28 Clomid pills. What are the side effects if any for a 42 man? Also, how much should I be taking each day?

    My first cycle was at 48 but I did

    12 weeks of Test E 500mg a week and Deca at 400mg a week. Great results

    You'll be aright with that, I doubt you'll see any side effects other than increased sex drive.

    I should be on about 10-20 lbs with this cycle and keep about 80% of it, correct? I was going to do another one after that included dbol .

    Thanks for the info guys. Nice to be informed before I start all of it this week.

    it all depends on how you eat, sleep, and train. If you do everything correctly then yes, 20 lbs for a first cycle is very realistic, especially at your age. The biggest reason guys lose their gains is because they dont have proper PCT, which you do, so yeah, you'll probably keep 60-80% of it

    Yes.....curious as to how you do on that. My next cycle is going to be 250 mgs of deca for 10 weeks and I am going to up my Test cyp to 450 mgs weekly during the 10 weeks and then go back to my normal TRT of 200 mgs weekly.
    L-Dex during the cycle but most PCT not needed as a result of TRT.

    Yes, I'm very interested to hear how you get on, espcially if you suffer water retention on those doses.

    Can you post some details of your height and current weight.

    just a quick question..


    do you load both in the stick and inject same day?

    or do you alternate days...

    or is it..a mwf..or tue thurs sat thing..both in the eddle..three times a week?

    also the clomid..

    is that after the ten weeks?..making it a 10 week cycle with a 2 week pct?

    Let me know how you make out. I'm 41 and thinking of doing the same cycle except adding Cytomel and Clen for more of a fat loss and lean mass cycle. Anyone have any thoughts on that??

    I'm 46 with my first just over 6 weeks ago, the only sides I experienced was in PCT.....backne....lasted a good 3 weeks but other than that it was (is) great.

    Good to hear that us over 40 guys are doing so well... I am 42 now and have been doing quit a bit over the last 4 years. Currently running test/tren 1gram/600ml for the last 12 weeks (need to come off the tren soon)... in my personal opinion anything under 500 wk of test is too little... try doing at least 500wk test, of course it depends on your current weight as well.

    fellow over 40 lifter

    Good to see other guys going strong over 40. I am 47, 5'8", 210 to 220 when cycling. I can usually see good results with 250 to 400 test per week, with 1 week mid-cycle at 500 but I am a much smaller guy.

    I do have sometimes have joint problems when I cycle down. Just need to be careful when I am lifting.
