    Help needed with flabby skin.

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience with loosing weight fast and leaving flabby skin around the mid section where my spare tyre used to be.

    I have been training solidly for 20 weeks and have reduced from 115 kilos to 101 kilos. Doing 5 x 1 hour heavy cardio sessions with personal trainer a week and lifting 3 times a week and throwing in another 1 or 2 30-60 minute bike or runs a week with good measure.

    Happy with the weight loss but my skin firmness is not keeping pace. Does anyone have any suggestions for a supplement or something I can take to firm this up???

    how old are you ? age can play a lot in how well you will tighten back up

    I am 39. I started a course of Flex Seed oil, fish oil and multivitamins a few weeks ago and the skin is firming well. Any other tips appreciated.

    Vitamin E is good...Also they make these skin creams now for tightening and toning, the one i tried works well,by Loreal..
    When you are on aas you gain quick,loose quick etc and loose skin and stretch marks are all part of our game...
