this is by no means an expert opinion ... but i have horrible sinus and allergy problems, and a few times before, i've had ear-popping episodes that lasted a few days after heavy exertion, dont think they actually lasted quite a week ... i put em off to sinus / inner ear problems, because sometimes my ears will pop and ring (tinnitis) when i'm doin nothing at all ... change in atmosphere, high and low weather systems, can effect people with sinus problems like that, a med doc told me once when i asked him about that kind of thing ... but again bro, i aint no expert, and please get other opinions beyond mine

naw man, dont feel like a freak ... it's part of being human i think to freak out about crazy shit that happens to the body sometimes ... sometimes it helps to tell other people ... i'm down with you man ... and seriously, i really have had some ear-poppin episodes myself, freaked me out too, but they only lasted like three days ... i would have been a nut case if they lasted for a week ... but yeah, get them ears checked out by a doc ... let us know what's up ...

sounds maddening, man ... every once in a while i'll get involuntary eye twitches after lifting heavy, that last for a whole day or two ... nearly drives me insane ... i know they are related to vertebrae misalignments, because a visit to the chiropractor clears the twitches right up ...

When I first started reading your reply on eye twitch I was thinking, "cranial nerve III, VII but the spinal nerve C1 would definately affect eye twitching. Good think you got a chiro. I am very pro chiro because I am one. I think everyone on this message board needs a chiro if you are an athelete. Studies show an increase in balance, 20% increase in strenght and speed after an adjustment. WOW!!! TURN ON THE POWER!!!

An upper cervical adjustment would help those ringing or popping ears. First adjustment by BJ Palmer was on Harvey Lillard and it restored hearing because fluid drained off of the inner ear. True!..... look it up
