Bad Knees
With leg exercises knees must be used but if anyone knows the easiest way to exercise my legs without breaking my knees i sure could use some help. My legs are the worst part of my body because i dread the pain in my knees. I hate being so weak in the lower half. And when i say weak i mean weak. Any advice from anyone with broke knee syndrome like myself that has had any success would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hey Bro,
I know what you're saying, I just started working mine out after a 9 month break.
I just came to the conclusion that I'm not helping them by not working them so what do I have to lose. Everyone is different, many different injuries and scenarios.....I'm 47 and my legs feel 70.
Maybe you should just cardio them, stairstepper, tread with incline....I just know you got to do something. Good luck.

Can you do any cycling. Many people that have had knee problems seem to do well on a bike. As long as the bike is set up right(correct frame size, proper seat height,etc.). Also use a light gear.
