1 - Have a doctor check to make sure it's not cancer...

2 - When thats ruled out, finasteride/proscar (which the doctor will probably prescribe and your insurance will pay for)

I've tried other "natural" methods but only finasteride helps me. I actually won't use dbol anymore as it inflates my prostate to the point where it's painfull and I can't piss without a ton of finasteride.

good to know about the dbol..... My prostate feels larger on dbol as well, but I never thought too much about it.
