GH and AAS @ 60 yrs old??
Whats up peeps.
I know a guy who started juicing on and off since the age of 30yrs till about 58yrs old. He wants to start again but more for health benefits and not for powerlifting.
I suggested he use 2 IU GH 5 days on/ 2 days off. And then maybe step it up after two to four weeks.
In your opinion, is this healthy?? Should he also throw in some test??

Hell yes and definitely yes. The GH will be great for him. He needs to get some blood work done first though. Liver Function, IGF, PSA, Testosterone and Estradiol. His Testosterone will probably be very low. IGF will show if he will benefit from HGH but chances are he will. I wouldnt go higher than 4IU of HGH as he steps it up. The sides can be a bitch specifically Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.
Come back to us with the blood test results and we can decide what does of Test will be good for him then

Thanks bro, yeh his cholestrol is at 2,5...which is perfect.
IMO...all people over 50yrs should be on a low dose of GH.
I know when I get there, im gonna be on a permanent GH cycle.
