Let me draw you a picture.
Ok guys here goes. Try not to laugh, although it might be tough not to. I'm 42 yrs. old, I weigh 100 pounds. I am about 5' 6" and I've never lifted weights, at least not seriously. All of my life Iv'e tried to gain weight and have been unsuccesful, well maybe not really, during my basic training in the military I did manage to tone up pretty good. I was ecstatic, but then after basic training I went back to my old self. Talk about depressing. I basically eat what ever I want and don't gain any damned weight. I think my metabolism burns it up super fast. Bro's I'm open to suggestions, that is as long as there aren't any suggestions like take a gun and shoot yourself. LOL. Seriously I'm sick and tired of being this way I don't look good in pictures because I'm so damnded skinny, and I'm an average looking guy. I'm open to suggestions on what I should take and what exercises I should start with. Important - Remember I am 42 yrs. old and I am sick and tired of looking this way I would like to change my appearance with in 3 to 4 months if possible. Let me know what you all think.

you are actually 100 pounds? wow.
i would definetly start by telling you to see a doctor to make sure you arent unhealthy at that weight.
secondly, head up to the diet forum and read on how to bulk.
even with a fast metabolism you should still be able to put on weight with a heavy bulking diet.

As far as the health issue, no problems there, and as for heading to the diet forum i'll do that and thanks for the advice.

Hmm? I smell rat!
Your story is pretty close to my own experience. Skinny kid all the way through grade and the second year of college at a constant weight of 155lb. at 6'1" and a ectomorph. Heaps of food, but know weight gained.
My metabolism was screwed up juvenile diabetes and gallstones in my teens!
I went on a vegetarian diet. There was some improvement, yet I lost 10lb.
I'm at 142-145lb and I decide to join the Marines. Boot camp was very short, only 10 weeks! But in those 10 weeks, I had gained 35 lb.!!! That's right! I found out through boot camp that my body lacked exercise! (I'm 228lb. now and still growing!) It surprised the hell out of me when I got back home from boot camp and stood on the bathroom scale! (No weight scales in boot camp, except for the boxers) My contention is this, I was able to gain 35lb. in boot camp, you hardly nothing. Either this is a true story and that you really are 100lb. even and your metabolism is fwcked up and that you what to change your appearance within 90 days in which there can be a change in the body's appearance in that time frame or is this a prevaricated story?
Flame on if you wish.

I am 37, and weigh just 190lbs, but in high school only weighed 115lbs. I went to a hormone replacement therapist and was prescribed test and HGH. The test levels bring me up to a nice level. This allows you to try aas without getting into trouble. Also, this should be done in combination with a good diet and exercise. HGH helps to burn body fat as well as offer various other benefits. Once you start heading in a more positive direction you can also learn more about aas and decide if they are right for you. Good luck.
