Hey bro I have read a lot of your posts and you really seem to have it together. I just got my rx for test cyp 200mg/ml and Arimidex .5mg He wants me to take .5ml q4d of the test and .5mg of the dex qd. I am wanting to shed some bf off my waist and bulk back up my upper body. I have a good clean diet that i have started. My question is since im doing this as part of an HRT program will I see results with those amounts of test? Thanks in advance.

Dude what does Q4D and QD mean ? I presume every four days and Every Day ? therefore 100mg E4D of Test ? And .5mg Adex ED.

Yes you will see results from that amount of Test. Obviously not what you would see ona full cycle but results none the less. The Test dose is about right but get a blood test six weeks after you start to make sure your test levels are at the top of the range which is around 900 ng/nl. The adex dose is to high IMO. Drop that to 0.25mg EOD not ED. When you get the blood test get your Estradiol tested as well and it should be in the middle of the range. Dont forget you need Estrogen just as much as you need Test and 0.5mg ED will know it quite low.
