need advice
hey guys. 43 yearold male been training a few years and am thinking about my first cycle.600mg cyp 300mg dek/10 weeks. here is my concern. about 4 years ago i had a mild heart attack. i had blockage in 1 artery and they put a stent in. i have a clean bill of health now. blood pressure normal, cholesterol a little high but am taking all kinds of meds for that. a friend of mine is the same age with the same heart probs.(he actually has 3 stents i believe) hes done 2 cycles with no adverse effects. he calls them sense of well being libido shots. can anyone give me advice on this or is thetre a dr in the house

Damn bro, wish I knew. Gotta a few yrs on ya and the only thing keeping me from doing mine is a sudden spike in my LFT's. keep me posted. Would like to know if you in fact do your first.

That is a huge amount of gear for someone on a first cycle. Not to mention some issues with how you have the deca scheduled to run with it.

500 CYP a week would be the thing to do.Guess you already have it?
10 weeks would be good for cyp
do a basic cycle for your first one.

Not to hijack your advise......
I agree with geeezer..
I would use the 500 cyp 250 two time a weeks to keep you blood levels the same....
I would go for 10 to 12 weeks.
I would start a pct two weeks after your last shot
clomid 100mg ed for one to two weeks then 50mg ed for two weeks
nolv 20mg ed for the full four weeks..
I would get an AI before you start your cycle...Arimidex is good...I used .10mg a day during my cycle and felt like it help when I got to my pct...

The real question is what are you trying to accomplish? 600 mg a week is hefty for your 1st cycle.You really want to do as little as possible and still get results.So as I stated what are your goals,you can make significant gains with half the test and deca .Lets be real your not going to be a competitive bodybuilder.You probably want to look better feel better and screw better so the 300 mg test and deca will easily do that.

Agree on both fronts........
Them low dose cycles can do wonders for the 1st timer..If you get a chance look up some low dose cycle theorys by Basketcase..Hes from back in the day..Theres a few stickys by him...Very knoweldgeable..Buuuuuuuuut on the flip side nothing like hitting it hard for the 1st time..Which can lead to very impressive gains....Makes me wish I hit it hard my 1st time. So like Clozto says what are you trying to accomplish...whats the goal here..8-12 lbs? 20+ lbs?I guess let us know your stats weight, whats your goal weight..If you've been training for few yrs too much muscle gain might cause issues in growing too fast....

OK listen to these guys it is some good advise. But no one here is advising you on your heart problem. We are not doctors here and I'm sure if there was a DR in the house he would say don't do it. I'm surely not a dr. but I can give you this. I do know the gear will give you higher cholesterol levels. I'm not sure if it will be higher hdl or ldl or both. In my opinion I would say do the cyponate alone. don't do the deca . after your cycle and you have finished your pct then and only then if everything checks out do another cycle along with the deca. I hope you have been in the gym a while. You need to be in excellent physical condition before you start the gear even if you are 25 years old and no heart problems. I had a young man come to me asking what to take. I told him "nothing yet. after you have 1 year in the gym then I will talk to you about it."
You know young men, he didn't take my advice. he blew up looked like a walking balloon two weeks later. about 4 weeks in his cycle he was doing heavy curls and broke his arm. what happened was his muscles got strong faster than his bones. I hope my story helps you understand there is more to taking gear than just looking better or increasing your well being. There needs to be allot of studying on each and everything you put in your body. Even food. much more importantly gear. Ive been doing this game over twenty years and I still don't know allot. be careful and good luck!

Ditto...and go in light...cause even light can be great...and keep it to a single compound.
